At Staylah, we’re committed to long-term partnerships that prioritize trust and exceptional service. Our contracts are annual and automatically renew for your convenience. If you ever decide to part ways, though we'd be sad to see you go, we simply ask for a 90 days’ notice by certified mail before your renewal date.

We will honor any existing reservations for up to 120 days after cancellation or a property sale to ensure a smooth transition for you and your guests! Rest assured, we’re here to make every step seamless, even in moments of change.

At Staylah, we believe in transparency and simplicity. We charge one comprehensive fee that covers all our premium services—no hidden fees, no surprise charges, and no juggling multiple vendors.

Our standard commission starts at 25%, but the exact rate depends on factors like your property’s location, size, and potential revenue. Whether you own one home or several, we’ll work with you to craft a plan that delivers exceptional service and maximum returns.

At Staylah, we understand that transitioning to a professional management company can feel overwhelming, so we’ve worked to make onboarding as seamless and cost-effective as possible. We minimize upfront costs by not charging for many standard onboarding services, such as account setup, property photography, or guest marketing.

We partner with trusted cleaning vendors who share our commitment to quality and reliability. Our team manages all vendor communication and scheduling, so you never have to worry about the details.

From routine cleanings to trash pick-up and property maintenance, we ensure that all your guests have to worry about upon arrival is having fun!

At Staylah, the safety of both your guests and your property is a top priority. We’ve implemented proven measures to provide peace of mind for everyone. Upon arrival, each guest receives a unique door code, which is changed after every stay to ensure no one can access the property uninvited. For homes with indoor pool rooms, we provide special access codes for added security as well.

Each property is equipped with a clearly posted fire escape plan, fire extinguisher, along with instructions to the nearest hospital and essential emergency contacts—because we know life’s unexpected moments can happen. Additionally, we permit the use of non-invasive outdoor cameras on a case-by-case basis to help safeguard your home while respecting guest privacy.
