Loaded with amenities for hours of fun: Golf Simulator, Arcade games, indoor pool, theater, shuffleboard, and HUGE outdoor firepit area. Luxury dining and family room. You won’t want to leave. Room for the whole family with sleeping capacity for 20. A terrific location with easy access roads to nearby Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and GSMNP.

Parking for up to 8 vehicles

We request a supplemental rental agreement with the platform’s terms. Guests are not entitled to refunds for violations. Charges of nonpunitive amounts detailed in agreement are as follows : $500 per unauthorized animal or late checkout; $150 per extra person per day. Additional $100, plus invoiced amounts for damages, cleaning, fines, and key return failure. Septic pumping is a $500 minimum. Only flush toilet paper. Additional information on fees available in renters agreement upon official reservation.

This cabin was beautiful and spacious. It had plenty of amenities that we did not have to leave to have fun. The kitchen was stocked with the necessities so we were able to make full meals. It was even decorated for Christmas! We had an amazing time!!

they were super easy to work with, and the communication was excellent. And the Airbnb was immaculate very clean, everything in working condition! it made for a great weekend getaway with my friends!! And when we accidentally knocked over a lamp and it broke, the home owner was very understanding and easy to work with. I would go back, and definitely recommend to anyone!!

The house was beautiful. Clean and comfortable except for the floors. They were quite dirty when walking on them barefoot but everything else about the house was great. Everything we could need was provided, plenty to keep the family entertained. None of us wanted to leave and tour around Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg because we enjoyed just being at the house! We would definitely stay again!

Easily the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in. Very spacious and perfect at accommodating larger groups. Beds were comfortable, house was cozy, and was well equipped to entertain. Would 10/10 stay here again!

This is a truly lovely place. Immaculately clean, beautiful, and well-laid out. Location is wonderful too- easy to reach from a main road, but still private enough. You can reach either the national park areas or the busy tourist areas within 15 minutes. Hosts are proactively in touch. Beds very comfortable, and kitchen well stocked. An excellent choice for the area!

Amazing house! This place is easily a $2mil+ house, and shows like it. Has something for everyone from the golf simulator (HUGE hit), to the pool, to the hot tub, to the arcade games in the basement. The kitchen is big and we had no issues with 18 people in the house. Bedrooms are all decent size and having 5 bathrooms was great! House is well decorated and has great furniture and plenty of seating. Host was super responsive and great at keeping us informed. Plenty of parking out front and we did see a black bear a few nights which was awesome too!

This was an amazing place to stay for our families with children. Lots of space for everyone. Location was great as well. It was just a short drive to anything we wanted to do. We even got to see a bear in the backyard our last night.
