Rental Agreement and ID verification are required after booking. If house rules are not followed here is a list of possible charges:
Guest is not entitled to a partial or full refund if removed from the Property for a violation of the Agreement. There are NO PARTIES & NO EVENTS ALLOWED without written permission from the host Guest will be charged what is agreed to be nonpunitive amounts as follows:
$500 for each unauthorized animal. $500 smoking remediation if any smoking in the property. Cost of minimum of one nights stay if late check out beyond 10AM est.
$150/person/day if unauthorized or over the occupancy limit.
The invoiced amount plus $100 (or $100/hr. or a portion thereof for staff hours) for odor removal due to smoke or
otherwise, fines/citations/penalties, replacement of missing/moved items, damages not covered damage waiver,
stains, bed bug treatment, technical support, long-distance phone calls, pay-per-view purchases, tampering with
equipment (pool [a crime], pool alarm, air conditioning, smoke/fire detectors & extinguishers), extra cleaning (including due to illness), and similar
acts & omissions. $500 minimum charge for fixing the plumbing as a result of improper usage. Flushing anything beside toilet paper will cause a backup.

PET RULES: There is a $150 pet fee for up to 2 dogs.
At no time may pets be on any furniture or beds. If pet hair is found on furniture, additional cleaning fees may apply.
You must pick up after your dog. If pet waste is found in the backyard, a $50 pet waste fee will be added to your stay.
There are no breed restrictions at this property 🙂Unattended pets must be crated. No cats allowed.

The following additional charges apply to late check outs/early arrivals, assuming we can offer this at all (we often can’t so please never assume this will be allowed):
1 hr or less early arrival or late departure: $50
1-2 hr early arrival/late departure: $100
2-3 hr early arrival/late departure: $200

The location was great, clean and lovely home. Staylah was very responsive throughout the process. Would definitely recommend and stay with staylah again!!

We were disappointed with the curb appeal when we first arrived. The front door was dirty and damaged. The inside downstairs smelled of mildew and very musty. Major stains on carpet in 2 rooms which was gross. Mattresses in 2 of the bedrooms were horrible. One made the couple sink to the middle of the mattress. Just not expecting uncomfortable beds. Kitchen was nice and comfortable living room furniture. The living room coffee table was broken and was duct taped together. Primary bedroom and bathroom was very nice. The rest of the bedrooms just need some TLC. We enjoyed our stay and the rental company was great to work with.

We had a mini vacation with family from Colorado and the house was great. Everyone had their own space, and the kayaks allowed the family to get close to the “real Florida.” Dolphins played and turtles were abundant. The views from the house were as described. You had to drive a few minutes to get to a walkable beach, but there were wonderful choices! We ate in, so the large and fully equipped kitchen was fabulous. We didn’t have a chance to use the downstairs kitchen but it was a great amenity, as was the outside shower.

We had a wonderful time, the home was comfortable, clean and well stocked. The views from the upper decks were beautiful and serene. Fishing off the dock was a lot of fun. There’s an amazing coffee truck (Ragga Surf Cafe) just 4 minutes down the road, awesome location to watch the sunrise on the beach! We had a great time watching football and grilling out on the lower patio with the outdoor kitchen. The steam shower in the primary bedroom was the cherry on top, so relaxing after a long day. Five stars, amazing host, we highly recommend Staylah!

The house was perfect for us, our adult children, their significant others, and our two dogs. We all had our own private spaces and privacy. The dock was great for fishing and for launching the kayaks. The house was very dog friendly. The communication with the host was exceptional. The beach was very close as well as the general store and small coffee shops down the street. Overall, we were very pleased with the house and enjoyed our stay.

Great location and we felt right at home! Being on the inlet was probably even better than being beach front. It was very peaceful to go have a cup of coffee in the dock, take the kayaks out, do some fishing, etc. The beach access was so close and convenient, and the place was big enough to comfortably host everyone! I appreciated all the extra blankets, bedding and beach towels. Pillows were insanely big and firm though, so maybe bring your own if you're particular about pillows like we are. Loved all the balcony levels. We did, in fact, see dolphins numerous times. Check in and out was easy. There were basic requests, not a mile-long list of cleaning requirements before leaving. Host was responsive, although we had no problems with anything. Overall a great place to stay!

We arrived at the house and immediately loved it! The location so close to the inlet was exactly what we were looking for along with the property itself. The property manager was so so responsive and while there was a minor mishap it was dealt with so quickly. They truly went above and beyond to accommodate us and I’m so thankful for that! We had a great stay and LOVED that the house was equipped with anything and everything!

We went to bask in the sun and surf every day. Our hosts thoughtfully provided all the essentials, including beach towels, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect seaside getaway. The highlight, however, was the charming patio, a cozy spot that quickly became our favorite place to unwind . It was an unforgettable trip that set a high standard for future Airbnb stays in all honesty. S/O to Staylah of north east Florida, as a small business they provided a far better service than most hotels/villas I have experienced so far within America, rivaling that of the ones I've rented in Bali, and other tropical places. Above all, communication was great, I never left having more questions, if anything the stay was made even easier thanks to the communication. Will definitely book with them again. Genuinely surprised and happy!
