The heart of the home boasts a relaxed beach vibe, offering a seamless blend of comfort and style. A spacious living area invites gatherings and relaxation, while a well-stocked kitchen beckons culinary adventures with its tropical-inspired design. Whether enjoying a casual meal at the breakfast bar or hosting a dinner party in the dining area, every moment is infused with the joy of coastal living.

Beyond the confines of the home lies a fenced-in backyard sanctuary, a haven for both relaxation and recreation. Here, a crackling firepit serves as the focal point, perfect for cozy evenings under the starlit sky. Inclusive of pet-friendly accommodations, this property welcomes furry companions to join in the beachside escapades, ensuring that every member of the family can partake in the joys of coastal living. With its harmonious blend of vintage charm, beachside allure, and modern comforts, this property embodies the essence of coastal living at its finest.

Rental Agreement and ID verification are required after booking. If house rules are not followed here is a list of possible charges:
Guest is not entitled to a partial or full refund if removed from the Property for a violation of the Agreement. There are NO PARTIES & NO EVENTS ALLOWED without written permission from the host Guest will be charged what is agreed to be nonpunitive amounts as follows:
$500 for each unauthorized animal. $500 smoking remediation if any smoking in the property. Cost of minimum of one nights stay if late check out beyond 10AM est.
$150/person/day if unauthorized or over the occupancy limit.
The invoiced amount plus $100 (or $100/hr. or a portion thereof for staff hours) for odor removal due to smoke or
otherwise, fines/citations/penalties, replacement of missing/moved items, damages not covered damage waiver,
stains, bed bug treatment, technical support, long-distance phone calls, pay-per-view purchases, tampering with
equipment (pool [a crime], pool alarm, air conditioning, smoke/fire detectors & extinguishers), extra cleaning (including due to illness), and similar
acts & omissions. $500 minimum charge for fixing the plumbing as a result of improper usage. Flushing anything beside toilet paper will cause a backup.

PET RULES: There is a $150 pet fee for up to 2 dogs.
At no time may pets be on any furniture or beds. If pet hair is found on furniture, additional cleaning fees may apply.
You must pick up after your dog. If pet waste is found in the backyard, a $50 pet waste fee will be added to your stay.
There are no breed restrictions at this property 🙂Unattended pets must be crated. No cats allowed.

Excellent stay in a very cute part of town that’s away from the traffic of downtown! The backyard was amazing for our pups, and we really enjoyed watching them run around and play! We came with two families looking to spend some time together and we each got our own room and had plenty of bathrooms. We were also a quick 10 minute drive the downtown and there was a Publix less than a mile away! The house was very dog friendly, and even had some bowls and blankets for our pups to use. Staylah was super responsive and lovely, thanks for sharing your home with us!

I felt like some of the bed linens were reused without cleaning. Bath towels were older with lints. I did not like the covering over of furnitures in living areas. I was worried that they were not washed often. The smell of mildew especially in the kitchen. The breaker tripped in 2 rooms during our last night. No light. Exterior home was beautiful. Interior home needs to be upgrades. No working lights on driveway area. Driveway is on the back side of house & not noticeable from inside of house.

I really can’t speak highly enough about this property and host. The host is extremely kind and very responsive. We were evacuating hurricane Milton with our infant and 3 dogs and the house had EVERYTHING we could have needed - even down to the dog bowls, mats and sheets/blankets for dogs. The yard is beautiful and perfect for curious pups. The location is outstanding - especially if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway but still central to the sights of Saint Augustine. The house is perfect for privacy among guests too. The rooms are separated by doors with three separate bathrooms so it’s perfect for a group of friends/family as well. The storm did still hit the area so we briefly lost power (which we knew might happen) and the host offered to bring a generator over. Really just one of the best stays we’ve ever had. We will be coming back here for a weekend getaway :) the house is old school beach home and just perfect in every way. We’re so thankful!!
