Rental Agreement and ID verification are required after booking. If house rules are not followed here is a list of possible charges:
Guest is not entitled to a partial or full refund if removed from the Property for a violation of the Agreement. There are NO PARTIES & NO EVENTS ALLOWED without written permission from the host Guest will be charged what is agreed to be nonpunitive amounts as follows:
$500 for each unauthorized animal. $500 smoking remediation if any smoking in the property. Cost of minimum of one nights stay if late check out beyond 10AM est.
$150/person/day if unauthorized or over the occupancy limit.
The invoiced amount plus $100 (or $100/hr. or a portion thereof for staff hours) for odor removal due to smoke or
otherwise, fines/citations/penalties, replacement of missing/moved items, damages not covered damage waiver,
stains, bed bug treatment, technical support, long-distance phone calls, pay-per-view purchases, tampering with
equipment (pool [a crime], pool alarm, air conditioning, smoke/fire detectors & extinguishers), extra cleaning (including due to illness), and similar
acts & omissions. $500 minimum charge for fixing the plumbing as a result of improper usage. Flushing anything beside toilet paper will cause a backup.

PET RULES: There is a $150 pet fee for up to 2 dogs.
At no time may pets be on any furniture or beds. If pet hair is found on furniture, additional cleaning fees may apply.
You must pick up after your dog. If pet waste is found in the backyard, a $50 pet waste fee will be added to your stay.
There are no breed restrictions at this property 🙂Unattended pets must be crated. No cats allowed.

The following additional charges apply to late check outs/early arrivals, assuming we can offer this at all (we often can’t so please never assume this will be allowed):
1 hr or less early arrival or late departure: $50
1-2 hr early arrival/late departure: $100
2-3 hr early arrival/late departure: $200

El alojamiento estaba muy limpio y espacioso a mi familia le encantó, mi sobrino de 2 años la apodo “ casa de la familia” ya q éramos varios !! Muy acogedora con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días excelentes!!!

My friends and I went down to celebrate my birthday and it was a great place to stay. We all felt comfortable in the space and it was very enjoyable. The host was also communicative which was appreciated, very positive experience overall!

The home was nice and clean, very spacious. Plenty of seating areas. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was equipped with enough dishes and/or cookware that we were able to easily prepare multiple meals. Overall a great stay!

We had a great stay! Check in was easy, there's tons of space and a pretty big pool. The pool was already too cold for me, personally. But overall we had a great stay and they had an abundance of items available for your stay like boogie boards, beach chairs, pool toys, pool floaty for babies, a cooler, baby bottles, everything. They did not leave out anything and that is the best quality and care.

Great place to stay, not too far away from the sites of St. Augustine. Very much in a family neighborhood. Felt safe when walking our dog each morning. Responsive host and accommodating.

I had to scramble to find a place on short notice and this place came up. What an awesome place to stay at, house was clean, spacious, host was quick responding to any questions I had. It’s pet friendly with a dog bed and pillow. The pool was crystal clear, the lanai was spotless. We can’t wait to come back next year. Thank you!
