Entire cabin, hot tub, porch swing, and balcony are all privately accessible.

This is a private peaceful family friendly community. Every guest has access to our pond, covered pavilion, fire pit, and bubbling creek. Whether you stay to your self or join in other guests at the fire pit, you will LOVE the mountain views!

The main road coming into the property is paved. All driveways are level and accessible. Every cabin has its own parking.

We request a supplemental rental agreement with the platform’s terms. Guests are not entitled to refunds for violations. Charges of nonpunitive amounts detailed in agreement are as follows : $500 per unauthorized animal or late checkout; $150 per extra person per day. Additional $100, plus invoiced amounts for damages, cleaning, fines, and key return failure. Septic pumping is a $500 minimum. Only flush toilet paper. Additional information on fees available in renters agreement upon official reservation.

I stayed here for 4 days. The scenery and location was great. I will list the pros and cons in my honest opinion. I will start with the cons first. Cons: -Pool was only like 3-4 ft deep throughout. Not bad for kids but for Adults it's kind of useless. -Master bathroom shower head barely worked. Alot of the holes are clogged which causes water to not come out right. -Some of the doors didn't close fully or were hard to open. -The lock system would sometimes not work causing us not to get in even with the code until after it reset. -The game System downstairs didn't work -The DVD system in the theatre also didn't work -The front seats in the theatre room didn't recline or work -The back gate latch didn't lock, you'd have to pull the handle and either push or pull hard to get passed it. Pros: -Beautiful scenery -Quite area -Kids will love it -Clean -Somewhat private -Ducks in the area every day -Near Food and attractions -Cozy

We were extremely pleased with the house itself, the property, and ask the amenities. It's secluded without being too far away from activities. The nearby Foothills Parkway towards Townsend is a must. But we found we didn't stray far from the house because we thoroughly enjoyed the pool, game room, theater, and grounds. if you are thinking about booking this listing just do it! it exceeded all my expectations! and that's a lot coming from me because I am picky when it comes to cleanliness. The whole house was clean amd ready when we arrived and the instructions were pretty clear. The view was also beautiful! you get to really enjoy nature. The only thing we couldn't use was the grill because it very rusty and it wasn't that clean but that was not a big deal for us. And the indoor pool was great! the only thing was probably the chlorine smell was strong other than that it was pretty great and overall experience was amazing!!!!

What a great house! Place was spotless, decorated well, and was really additive to our vacation in the Smokys. The location was great for getting in an out of the park - your there in under 10 minutes. My 6 and 7 year loved the pool, pool table, and ‘movie theater’. The view at sunset and fireflies off the back deck was a great way to wind down the day. Make sure to bring some basics (salt, pepper, oil if you plan on cooking). Overall, if you’re looking for a place as equal to exploring the back - this is it.

We had a wonderful stay! It was myself, mom, and 2 kids. The pictures in here do not do this house justice! It’s so beautiful inside and so tastefully decorated. The indoor pool was the perfect size! My 5 year old loved the pool and I’m so glad we splurged a little for this house as we had rain! Lots of rain! So the indoor pool really saved our vacation. We had a small hiccup (our fault) at check in and I called and immediately got someone on the line that helped! We were able to get in! The location for me was perfect! No scary mountain road and was close to Pigeon Forge it took us about 13 mins to get there. We can’t wait to come back!

We had an Amazing time !! it was my son Birthday and Mother’s Day Weekend . The House had everything we needed , The Theater room was Awesome ! The pool was the best part !! It was heated nice and clean . It was not too deep , Making it perfect for the Birthday boy .We definitely will book again soon !! The Host was very helpful and friendly, Which makes the stay even better . We needed a break and it was the best memories we had in a long time . Thank you for allowing me and my family stay in your Home .

Absolutely wonderful stay with friends. The kids had a blast playing games, watching movies, and swimming. We loved that the pool had a separate door code so there was no risk of the kids getting in by themselves and a pool alarm as a back up. Beds were comfortable, house was spacious and very clean. The kids also had fun playing pickleball and basketball and walking around the pond. Will definitely be back!
