The kitchen, though compact, is a testament to modern functionality and style. Crisp white cabinets with sleek handles complement the stainless steel appliances, including a full sized fridge, a built-in microwave and oven. The kitchen bartop seats two and is the perfect spot for morning coffee or to share a meal.
Past the kitchen is the spacious living room which also doubles as the bedroom. A queen sized bed with crisp and inviting linens is situated against one wall and faces the seating area and wall mounted smart TV. The room is filled with light that streams in from the screened lanai where seating for two is the perfect spot to catch the warm breeze and listen to the birds. Guests will have access to the community pool located at South 9 Drive but if it's toes in the sand you prefer, it's just a 2 minute walk from your front door to the beach. This place is the perfect vacation getaway and is ideal for people on the go who want a clean, modern place to come home to at the end of the day!
Rental Agreement and ID verification are required after booking. If house rules are not followed here is a list of possible charges:
Guest is not entitled to a partial or full refund if removed from the Property for a violation of the Agreement. No pets allowed. There are NO PARTIES & NO EVENTS ALLOWED without written permission from the host Guest will be charged what is agreed to be nonpunitive amounts as follows:
$500 for each unauthorized animal. $500 smoking remediation if any smoking in the property. Cost of minimum of one nights stay if late check out beyond 10AM est.
$150/person/day if unauthorized or over the occupancy limit.
The invoiced amount plus $100 (or $100/hr. or a portion thereof for staff hours) for odor removal due to smoke or
otherwise, fines/citations/penalties, replacement of missing/moved items, damages not covered damage waiver,
stains, bed bug treatment, technical support, long-distance phone calls, pay-per-view purchases, tampering with
equipment (pool [a crime], pool alarm, air conditioning, smoke/fire detectors & extinguishers), extra cleaning (including due to illness), and similar
acts & omissions. $500 minimum charge for fixing the plumbing as a result of improper usage. Flushing anything beside toilet paper will cause a backup.
The following additional charges apply to late check outs/early arrivals, assuming we can offer this at all (we often can’t so please never assume this will be allowed):
1 hr or less early arrival or late departure: $50
1-2 hr early arrival/late departure: $100
2-3 hr early arrival/late departure: $200
