Brand New Luxury cabin w/ breathtaking mountain views, duckpin bowling, indoor pool, billiards, arcade, theater, hot tub, & community pickleball, basketball, mini-golf, playground! Five ensuite bedrooms w/ space for the entire family to build memories. A terrific location w/ easy access roads. The kids will love the wide-open green spaces & fishing in the community pond. Experience nearby Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and GSMNP. Coffee bar, BBQ Grill, family games. You won’t want to leave!

Parking for 5 cars

We request a supplemental rental agreement with the platform’s terms. Guests are not entitled to refunds for violations. Charges of nonpunitive amounts detailed in agreement are as follows : $500 per unauthorized animal or late checkout; $150 per extra person per day. Additional $100, plus invoiced amounts for damages, cleaning, fines, and key return failure. Septic pumping is a $500 minimum. Only flush toilet paper. Additional information on fees available in renters agreement upon official reservation.

House is beautifully decorated, well equipped....lots to do & plenty of room...loved being able to see most of what was going on from one central area. Bowling, game room & pool kept kids occupied for hours. Plus extra outdoor amenities like basketball, mini golf & playground within walking distance. Our family of 13 loved it & will definitely be going back if get the chance.

I stayed with 4 of my sibling and their spouses. We all found the house amazing. There were lots of things to do at the house. We played pickleball every day and some basketball between pickleball games. The bowling was fun for everyone. Also, we had a few movie nights. Bedroom were very comfortable for everyone. I think my entire family would go back!

Incredible location, a very nice change of pace from city living. Clean fresh air and great scenery, it was the best place to host a bachelor party that wanted to be more off the grid.

We had an amazing time at this Airbnb! The pool was a highlight, especially with its 6ft deep end—perfect for a refreshing swim. The views from the property were stunning, and we loved how close it was to the river/creek. While it’s about 40 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg, the location itself is fantastic and offers a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Beautiful home, top notch furnishings. We all loved the bowling alley, movie room was super cool and great location. This host definitely knows how to create a space, that is beautiful, inviting and tons of fun. We would stay in this home again.

Our family had an incredible time at this Airbnb! The house was not only clean but also beautifully maintained. It had everything we needed and more. The highlight for the kids was definitely the pool, bowling alley, and movie theater right in the house! These amenities kept them entertained for hours, giving us adults some much-needed relaxation time.

Beautiful home, host is very responsive, beds were pretty comfortable, 15/20 mins from Pigeon forge, food trucks and a dollar general a mile down the road. Bowling was so fun.

My family and I really enjoyed staying here! We loved the privacy and the aesthetic was everything! It truly was something to do for everyone. The only amenities I didn’t see was a firepit. And I feel like it was somewhere but I didn’t see it lol. Overall the place was amazing and if I ever did a family stay again I would 100 percent come back! The host was amazing!

A great place to enjoy a large family vacation. It has all the amenities. We lived being able to see the pool from tge kitchen and living room. The beds were extremely comfortable and very clean. The movie room was also a hit with amazing surround sound. Better than an actual movie theater. Had a great time bowling with the kids and even enjoyed board games with the family. Would recomend and would stay here again.

Absolutely phenomenal place!!! This is an ADHDers dream vacay spot because there is so much to do. My family rented it for the Master’s weekend, and we loved everything about it. We loved being able to bounce from the pool, to the hot tub, play basketball, then play billiards, play in the arcade, and then top it all off with bowling. My only recommendation would be for them to add a TV on the back porch.
