This is a private peaceful family friendly community. Every guest has access to our pond, covered pavilion, fire pit, and bubbling creek. Whether you stay to your self or join in other guests at the fire pit, you will LOVE the mountain views!

The main road coming into the property is paved. All driveways are level and accessible. Every cabin has its own parking.

.We request a supplemental rental agreement with the platform’s terms. Guests are not entitled to refunds for violations. Charges of nonpunitive amounts detailed in agreement are as follows : $500 per unauthorized animal or late checkout; $150 per extra person per day. Additional $100, plus invoiced amounts for damages, cleaning, fines, and key return failure. Septic pumping is a $500 minimum. Only flush toilet paper. Additional information on fees available in renters agreement upon official reservation.

This location was as described. Extremely clean, linens and bedding were amazing. Most of the time you expect things to be a little less than the photos but this place was the photos and more. Our group of 12 had PLENTY of room to spread out and relax. The multiple king beds were perfect and the bunk house for the kids was great! The indoor pool is not deep so it is perfect for kids. If you book this location you will not be disappointed. Seemed to be approximately 15-20 from Pigeon Forge attractions, Gatlinburg attractions, and the national park. Will be defiantly staying here again!

Absolutely loved the area it was in, not far from everything, multiple ways to get back without traffic, felt like if I was at home. Everything was as described, host let me check in early, host had fast response and very detailed responses that made everything clear and easy to do.1000% would reserve it again next year!!!

Our stay was great, there was so much to do that we didn't even make it to playing any of the video games, the bowling was great, the outdoor courts and mini golf was a ton of fun, the pool and hot tub were well kept and great, and just the large tables for us to sit and talk were excellent. Very well done, though, be aware that all of the things are a smaller version of what they may look like, the pool table, bowling, pool, and some other things are just slightly downsized and the pool table is located in an slightly too small space for some shots, but do not let that stop you, it is a fantastic place to stay and keep people occupied in the down time that you aren't headed into Pigeon Forge for activities. The host was always super helpful and very fast to respond to anything we needed. 11/10 experience, thanks for everything!

Our friend group wanted a southern vacation home this year and we could not have been more impressed. The location was a quick 20-30 minute drive to Gatlinburg or Pigeon Gorge. The home was gorgeous and met all of our and our teenagers needs. 5 Star recommendation!

We had 2 grandchildren with us, ages 1.5 and 3.5 yrs. They enjoyed the duckpin bowling, the indoor pool, the home theater and the video/game room. There was plenty to keep them busy. We all will have great memories of our vacation!

With (2) 10-year olds, 9, 8, and 7-year olds, there was NEVER a time the kids weren’t busy doing something here…..movies, video gaming, bowling, swimming, hottubbing, pickleball, and basketball all under one roof. Perfect Spring Break for us and the kids. Highly recommend!

Our property manager Michelle was super responsive to all our calls when issues arose…mostly technical stuff…the kids loved the place…5 kids 6-13 had a ball and loved the huge yard, sports courts, pool, hot tub, bowling alley, game room/theater, fishing…couldn’t ask for a more family friendly place. Great location too because you could go in any direction for multiple entertainment opportunities…a hub location for sure with great views.

Great location too because you could go in any direction for multiple entertainment opportunities…a hub location for sure with great views.

What a beautiful home with so much to do! Our family loved the bowling alley, movie room, pool, hot tub, and game room. It provided the perfect get-away with space for everyone to enjoy. The bowling alley was such a neat feature to the home.

I’m so happy we chose this home for our family vacation during Hell Week in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The location was close to the action, but far enough removed to be peaceful and we were able to avoid the traffic. Other than a few brief forays into town, we were happy to just stay at the house and enjoy the amenities. We had 6 adults and 4 kids, ages 2 to 7. The layout with three king suites was perfect for the adults and the kids were living their best life, particularly in the pool and at the bowling alley. The older one also enjoyed riding his scooter around the private drives that are part of the complex. It is a wonderful facility and would also be perfect in the summer when it would be nicer to use the pickle ball and basketball courts and the fire pit.
