Smart TVs and speedy Wi-Fi. 6 minutes to Historic St. Augustine. A short walk to Publix, restaurants, & shops.

A spacious family room, complete with a large smart TV and huge comfy sectional, invites fun for the whole family while not at the beach or when needing to retreat from the sun. The kitchen is perfect for hosting and entertaining complete with double ovens, plenty of prep space, huge island and is also open to the living areas so you never miss a moment of family time!

The first floor also features an inviting bedroom accessible without having to climb stairs, ensuring comfort for all ages.

Upstairs, a Florida themed loft area with a sleeper sofa surrounds a large Smart TV, ideal for movie nights or gaming on the Nintendo Switch. Plus, two arcade games! Additionally, three freshly renovated bedrooms and two bathrooms round out accommodations for 10 guests upstairs and 4 guests downstairs. .

Outdoors, you'll enjoy a brand new swim spa pool and hot tub, new firepit, mini-golf, BBQ grill, kayaks, paddleboard, and a beach cart with beach chairs and toys for hours of fun playing in the sun. Don't miss a turn on the comfortable hammock while kids can compete on the stand-up connect four game!

Rental Agreement and ID verification are required after booking. If house rules are not followed here is a list of possible charges:
Guest is not entitled to a partial or full refund if removed from the Property for a violation of the Agreement. There are NO PARTIES & NO EVENTS ALLOWED without written permission from the host Guest will be charged what is agreed to be nonpunitive amounts as follows:
$500 for each unauthorized animal. $500 smoking remediation if any smoking in the property. Cost of minimum of one nights stay if late check out beyond 10AM est.
$150/person/day if unauthorized or over the occupancy limit.
The invoiced amount plus $100 (or $100/hr. or a portion thereof for staff hours) for odor removal due to smoke or
otherwise, fines/citations/penalties, replacement of missing/moved items, damages not covered damage waiver,
stains, bed bug treatment, technical support, long-distance phone calls, pay-per-view purchases, tampering with
equipment (pool [a crime], pool alarm, air conditioning, smoke/fire detectors & extinguishers), extra cleaning (including due to illness), and similar
acts & omissions. $500 minimum charge for fixing the plumbing as a result of improper usage. Flushing anything beside toilet paper will cause a backup.

It was a master full-time beautiful property. Great set up for everything for a family. Really enjoyed the experience of staying in this property and would certainly come back to stay at this exact property again.

Location and distance to the beach was very close. Very easy to go back and forth from house to beach. Beach felt very private, wasn’t crowded at all. Short 10 minute drive to downtown area and good restaurants. House was overall very clean. Everything labeled throughout the house especially in the kitchen was very helpful. We weren’t able to check in early or check out late, but the host explained this was their busy season. The host was friendly and quick to respond and answered all questions.

Very short walk to the beach via a boardwalk. Host was awesome very responsive. I would book again we had our entire family there.

We really enjoyed our stay! We had three generations vacationing together, and the house suited everyone perfectly. The downstairs bedroom and bathroom was just right for my elderly parents, and the upstairs games were a hit with my kids. ? The location is fantastic with the private beach access and nearby Publix and other little shops and restaurants. We will definitely look this place up again when we take future trips.

We stayed here with our six kids and it was perfect! The house is just as pictured and the walk to the beach was so convenient. The host was excellent and super helpful. Publix is right around the corner and the only reason we ever left the house. It had everything we needed to relax and enjoy the beach. We hope to go back again and really are so lucky to have found this property! We took lots of decor notes too because the house is gorgeous!

Easy, quick 2 minute walk to beach. Provided beach equipment. Very clean. Lots of extra towels. Very close to grocery store. Quiet neighborhood. If we travel back to the area would stay here again.

We had a fabulous time and the house was perfect. Very clean and newly renovated. Very responsive host. Perfect easy walk out the front door to the beach without crossing the highway. Two blocks from Publix grocery store but in a comfortable and quiet culdesac. A few minutes drive up to the Reef or Caps on the Water - both fabulous options for dinner. Caps has the best sunsets! 5 minutes over the bridge and you are into downtown St Augustine and all the history and activity. 1 hour to Jacksonville airport. Overall a fantastic, peaceful place to unwind and explore the area!

What an amazing house and location. Just steps from the private board walk. Lots of things for kids to do in the house!! Never a boring moment. Minutes from Publix. Perfect location to the beach, boats, and food. For sure coming back!! Staylah was amazing answering all questions quickly. Very helpful at every turn. Amazing weekend trip that could have easily stayed for a month!
