Retreat every night to your stylish condo w/ coastal decor, an open concept living area, king size bed and ensuite bathroom. This unit has a balcony with a view of the intracoastal waterway and the resort is beach front with direct beach access. This condo is located on the 6th floor and there is an elevator. Upon entering you will see the kitchen to the left and a full-sized washer and dryer for your use to the right. Walk through to the dining area, where there is a table with seating for 4, and an open living area with Smart TV and comfortable seating. Lots of natural light comes from the sliding glass doors leading to the balcony with seating and beautiful views. Off the living area is the door leading to the king-sized bedroom and ensuite with walk-in shower, and another door to the balcony, allowing for lots of natural light in the room.

Rental Agreement and ID verification are required after booking. If house rules are not followed here is a list of possible charges:
Guest is not entitled to a partial or full refund if removed from the Property for a violation of the Agreement. No pets allowed. There are NO PARTIES & NO EVENTS ALLOWED without written permission from the host Guest will be charged what is agreed to be nonpunitive amounts as follows:
$500 for each unauthorized animal. $500 smoking remediation if any smoking in the property. Cost of minimum of one nights stay if late check out beyond 10AM est.
$150/person/day if unauthorized or over the occupancy limit.
The invoiced amount plus $100 (or $100/hr. or a portion thereof for staff hours) for odor removal due to smoke or
otherwise, fines/citations/penalties, replacement of missing/moved items, damages not covered damage waiver,
stains, bed bug treatment, technical support, long-distance phone calls, pay-per-view purchases, tampering with
equipment (pool [a crime], pool alarm, air conditioning, smoke/fire detectors & extinguishers), extra cleaning (including due to illness), and similar
acts & omissions. $500 minimum charge for fixing the plumbing as a result of improper usage. Flushing anything beside toilet paper will cause a backup.

The following additional charges apply to late check outs/early arrivals, assuming we can offer this at all (we often can’t so please never assume this will be allowed):
1 hr or less early arrival or late departure: $50
1-2 hr early arrival/late departure: $100
2-3 hr early arrival/late departure: $200

Amazing condo, we loved staying here! Condo was stocked of pretty much everything needed, was very comfortable, clean, and easy to access everything necessary. The ocean being so accessible was amazing, along with the pool, it was very clean and you could tell it was kept up with. Although it wasn’t ocean view from the room the view was still beautiful! It was also very close to the vehicle access points straight to the beach, and was overall a great area/place to stay in. Very fitting and comfortable for 2 people, and all people we spoke with or seen around were kind and responsive both in person and through Airbnb. Would definitely stay again!!

This place was beautiful, the kitchen and bathroom was very clean and the bedroom felt very comfortable to stay. My only complaint was the bed itself was pretty hard. The condo had a amazing pool deck and beach access was perfect. Every morning my wife and I started our day walking on the beach or sitting on the spacious balcony drinking coffee. Also, lots of restaurants nearby around 5-10 min drive.

This location became easier to find each day!! Parking was excellent. Instructions were easy to follow on entrance into the building. The space did not disappoint and was perfect for my family of 3. The kitchen was fully stocked, allowing us to keep expenses down with taco night and spaghetti night. I needed to look hard for NOTHING. There were plenty of towels and linens and the full size washer and dryer kept us moving smoothly. The space is up to date (I've grown a little Bougie in my older years!) If ever having questions, our host was so responsive. We even needed a shein order sent ahead and was at the mail area upon our arrival. We loved the beach access directly off the pool deck and the pool area itself was very nice. Things our host couldn't control - the pool was rather warm until then well needed rain day! HIGHLY recommend the space and the hosts. We will definitely return!! Thanks for a great spring break!!

Great place, as described. I had a few questions and they were extremely responsive. place was clean and in great shape. View may not be of the ocean but a short trip down an elevator and you basically walk out from the building to the beach. Great access to restaurants and shopping. Definitely will be a return customer.

Amazing stay location was phenomenal to the Main Street for Bike week I will definitely book again for biketober Only thing that was a bit of a letdown was that they have photos of a water view balcony but the unit we got it faced the street no big deal we weren’t there for the beach view but it would of elevated everything to a 6 stars if that is even a thing no complaints just something to keep in mind
