Enjoy the private indoor pool, mini golf, playground, pickleball court, and hot tub. Inside, relax in the theater room, play air hockey, or try arcade games in the game loft. With five king bedrooms (one with twin bunks), open living spaces, and multiple decks, this is the perfect place to create unforgettable memories!

This home has three levels:

MAIN LEVEL
- Open Concept Living/ Dining Kitchen
- Two King bedrooms with ensuites
- Half Bath
- Access to upper Deck with grill

UPPER LEVEL
- One King Bedroom
- One King Bedroom with bunk bed set ( 2 twins)
- Full Bath in hallway
- Game loft with Air Hockey Foosball Arcade consoles

LOWER LEVEL
- One King Bedroom Ensuite
- Theater Room
-Half Bath
- Pool Table
- Wet Bar with Game Table
- Access to pool room
- Access to Lower Deck
- Access to Playground mini golf Pickle ball court
- Corn hole
- Hot tub

Key codes will be sent with the check in instructions. The pool will have a separate code listed in the welcome book.

Safe, easy roads entering and exiting. Family friendly. Quiet.

All Ground Transportation can reach this home. This is a drive in location.

We request a supplemental rental agreement that coincides with the platform’s terms
If house rules are not followed here is a list of possible charges:
Guest is not entitled to a partial or full refund if removed from the
Property for a violation of the Agreement. Guest will be charged what is agreed to be nonpunitive amounts as follows:
$500 for each unauthorized animal or each 4 hours or portion thereof of late checkout.
$150/person/day or portion thereof if unauthorized or over occupancy limit.
The invoiced amount plus $100 (or $100/hr. or portion thereof for staff hours) for odor removal due to smoke or
otherwise, fines/citations/penalties, replacement of missing/moved items, damages not covered damage waiver,
stains, bed bug treatment, technical support, long distance phone calls, pay-per-view purchases, tampering with
equipment (pool [a crime], pool alarm, air conditioning, smoke/fire detectors & extinguishers), failure to return
keys/passes/fobs, failure to keep pool gates & doors secured, extra cleaning (including due to illness), and similar
acts & omissions.
$500 minimum charge for pumping the septic as a result of improper usage. All properties operate on a septic.
Flushing anything beside toilet paper will cause a backup.

This home was absolutely perfect for our family of 11. The rooms were all spacious and comfortable and there were so many things to do it would be impossible to get bored even if all you did was stay in the house!!! The house is in the perfect location…..you’re able to get the best of both worlds with privacy and views but a reasonable drive to anything you could possibly want or need.

The house is actually prettier than the pictures demonstrate. The host was extremely responsive and helpful! The house was very clean and there were lots to do for my 4 kids. We will def stay here again!
