Rental Agreement and ID verification are required after booking. If house rules are not followed here is a list of possible charges:
Guest is not entitled to a partial or full refund if removed from the Property for a violation of the Agreement. There are NO PARTIES & NO EVENTS ALLOWED without written permission from the host Guest will be charged what is agreed to be nonpunitive amounts as follows:
$500 for each unauthorized animal. $500 smoking remediation if any smoking in the property. Cost of minimum of one nights stay if late check out beyond 10AM est.
$150/person/day if unauthorized or over the occupancy limit.
The invoiced amount plus $100 (or $100/hr. or a portion thereof for staff hours) for odor removal due to smoke or
otherwise, fines/citations/penalties, replacement of missing/moved items, damages not covered damage waiver,
stains, bed bug treatment, technical support, long-distance phone calls, pay-per-view purchases, tampering with
equipment (pool [a crime], pool alarm, air conditioning, smoke/fire detectors & extinguishers), extra cleaning (including due to illness), and similar
acts & omissions. $500 minimum charge for fixing the plumbing as a result of improper usage. Flushing anything beside toilet paper will cause a backup.

PET RULES: There is a $200 pet fee for up to 2 dogs.
At no time may pets be on any furniture or beds. If pet hair is found on furniture, additional cleaning fees may apply.
You must pick up after your dog. If pet waste is found in the backyard, a $50 pet waste fee will be added to your stay.
There are no breed restrictions at this property 🙂Unattended pets must be crated. No cats allowed.

This was the perfect place for a weekend birthday getaway with a couple friends. There was plenty of space, the house was clean and so beautiful. The beds were very comfortable and all the ceiling fans were remote controlled! It is also in a convenient location close to lots of restaurants, bars, and activities. Multiple beds would make this the perfect place for families as well. The hosts were also very professional and friendly. We would happily come back!!

Very beautiful home. Feels like a fishbowl with lots of light and the decor is very tasteful …. main floor can benefit from some blinds. The host was very responsive and addressed our needs in a timely manner.

This was our first stay with Staylah of Northeast Florida, and it worked out really well for us. We stayed for a week during the holidays to visit family and friends in the area, and the house was just what we needed. It was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of natural light during the day. In the evenings, the warm lighting made it feel cozy and perfect for hosting dinners and small get-togethers with family. We also enjoyed being outdoors — the local parks, greenways, and sidewalks were great for long runs and cycling. My wife and I especially loved walking to the beach in the afternoons with our pups. Since we both work remotely, it was nice that the house had enough space for us to take calls and have some privacy when we needed it. It really felt like a home away from home. Maybe we run it back in 2025?

Loved the home it was beautiful, the only thing I disliked is there were no window coverings on the first floor other then the master bedroom, at night it was very creepy as everyone could see in and see everything we were doing. It made everyone very unco.fortable. Also, I would recommend the house provides an iron and ironing board for the guests that stay there as that is something guest need.

I booked this air b n b last minute after a terrible experience with a previous booking. The host was very responsive; replied almost immediately!!! and the place was beautiful !!! Very clean, comfortable beds and the windows were beautiful!!!

Fantastic house. Very modern and clean. Very open and comfortable. Bedrooms were large and the two living rooms were great! Property manager was great. Very responsive. A couple of things to know: -Still needs window coverings for privacy. We knew they were not in yet, but definitely needs them. -It’s a bit of a walk to the beach entrance. When you have all your beach gear, it feels far. You don't want to forget anything. We brought a beach cart with us and that made it a bit easier! -Yard is not fenced, so you will have to keep your dogs on a leash all the time outside the house.

THIS BY FAR WAS THE MOST BEAUTIFUL AIRBNB EVER! I’ve never even left a review for any place I’ve stayed but this one blew my mind! Such a beautiful home. Pictures don’t even do it justice! I wish I could stay here permanently! From the decor to the cleanliness of the home. 100000% would recommend to anyone staying in Palm Coast. We walked 4-5 minutes to the access they have for the beach and the beach was gorgeous! Loved the Airbnb including four beach chairs to use and a ping pong table! The beds were so comfortable and the shower was so big and relaxing! Definitely will be using again if I’m ever in area!

I loved staying at Staylahs Airbnb in Palm Coast. The home was new, beautiful, clean, and close to the beach. The property manager, Diana, was responsive whenever we needed help with anything. I look forward to our next vacation in Palm Coast and will choose this place again.

THE HOME WAS AWESOME1???. Came down for bike week an was totally blown away by the home. Host was amazing an professional. Check in was super easy an every time I had a question, she got right back with me. If I could give my own rating on Host an Home. 10 star's ????. Definitely will book again?
