If you ever decide to part ways, though we'd be sad to see you go, we simply ask for a 90 days’ notice by certified mail before your renewal date.

We will honor any existing reservations for up to 120 days after cancellation or a property sale to ensure a smooth transition for you and your guests! Rest assured, we’re here to make every step seamless, even in moments of change.

What Does Staylah Charge to Manage my Investment or Second Home?

Additionally, we permit the use of non-invasive outdoor cameras on a case-by-case basis to help safeguard your home while respecting guest privacy.
